How to Sign Up for Travelator
Starting with Travelator is simple and only takes a few minutes. Here's a step-by-step guide to creating your account and getting started with your free quote allowance.
Step 1: Click the Sign Up Button
On the Travelator homepage, click the Sign Up button (the yellow one right below the hero text).
Step 2: Choose Your Google Account
A Google sign-in window will appear. Select the Google account you'd like to use for Travelator. This keeps your login secure and fast.
Step 3: Fill Out the Sign Up Form
After signing in with Google, you'll be taken to the Travelator sign up form. Here's what each field means and why it matters:
- First & Last Name – your personal details so we can create your account and identify you within the system.
- Host Agency (e.g., InteleTravel) – the larger host agency you operate under. This helps us correctly connect your account.
- Travel Community (optional) – a smaller team or network you belong to. Useful for community features and collaboration.
- Your Brand Name – your travel business or branding (e.g., Wanderlust Escapes). This is what your clients will see on quotes and communications.
- Viator URL – your unique Viator partner link so Travelator can connect directly. This ensures you earn commission on bookings generated from quotes.
- Agency Terms & Conditions URL – a link to your agency's T&Cs, automatically included in every client quote.
- Agency Privacy Policy URL – your privacy policy link, also embedded in all client quotes for compliance and client trust.
- Instagram Username – your Instagram handle (e.g.,
@yourtravelbrand) so Travelator can help automate social posts. - Phone Number – your main contact number, displayed on client-facing quotes.
- Website URL – your business website so clients can find and trust you easily.
Adding the right links for Viator, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy ensures your Travelator account is fully professional from day one.
Step 4: Subscribe When You're Ready (Stripe)
Your account starts with 3 free quotes so you can try Travelator at your own pace. When you want unlimited quotes and full access, subscribe from your portal via a secure Stripe checkout page.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from billing settings.
- Billing begins only after you choose a paid plan—not after the free quotes.
Step 5: Share Your Google Drive
After signup, you'll need to share your Google Drive with Travelator so our system can automatically manage your client documents and files.

Final Step: Wait for Your Account to Be Activated
Once you've completed the steps above, our team will set up your account. You'll receive an email notification when your account is ready to use.
