We respect your privacy — and your clients'.
Travelator (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides automation tools for independent travel agents. Your privacy and data security are central to how we operate. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how your data is protected across our integrations.
Travelator is a service operated by Enginuous Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom. We help travel agents automate quotes and related workflows.
Core account and application data are processed using our service providers (including authentication and database infrastructure). Quote documents and related files may be stored in Google Drive when you connect Google and share a folder with us, as described in our setup guides.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit. Specific subprocessors may change over time; the principles in this policy still apply.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with:
Your information is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account or associated data by contacting us at support@travelator.io.
We use cookies and similar technologies needed for sign-in, security, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if essential cookies are disabled.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. We apply the principle of least privilege — only what is needed to run the service can access relevant data.
We may revise this Privacy Policy as we add features or change how data is handled. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
