Travelator is a service operated by Enginuous Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom. We help travel agents automate quotes and related workflows.

3. Data We Collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and sign-in method (e.g. Google).
• Usage information — which tools or features you use and performance analytics.
• Client and trip data — quotes, itineraries, client names, and trip details you enter into the system.
• Profile and business fields — information you add in your account (for example social handles or policy links used in generated materials).
• Referral link data — when you join using another agent's invite link or email invite, we store their agent id so we can apply programme discounts and rewards.

4. Where Data Is Stored

Core account and application data are processed using our service providers (including authentication and database infrastructure). Quote documents and related files may be stored in Google Drive when you connect Google and share a folder with us, as described in our setup guides.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit. Specific subprocessors may change over time; the principles in this policy still apply.

5. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver and improve Travelator's features.
• To generate quotes and related client materials you request.
• To communicate with you about service updates or support.
• To process subscriptions and billing where applicable.
• To run our referral programme: one-time subscription discounts for invited agents (amounts depend on plan and billing interval) and account credit for the inviter when the invitee becomes a paying subscriber, processed through Stripe.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with:

• Service providers who host or process data on our instructions (for example cloud infrastructure, email, or payments).
• Google, when you use Google sign-in or Google Drive integration.
• Legal authorities, if required by law.

7. Data Retention

Your information is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account or associated data by contacting us at support@travelator.io.

8. Your Rights

• Access and download your stored data, where applicable.
• Request corrections or deletion.
• Withdraw consent for optional integrations or marketing emails.
• Request a copy of your data for portability, where the law applies.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies needed for sign-in, security, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if essential cookies are disabled.
